Mike, sorry to hear you are having such a rough time of it. Would your ins. company possibly pay for the imitrex nasal spray along with the injections? About extending you injections, there is a tip in the buttons to tha left about this very thing. I cannot speak to how well it works as my doctor prescribes the tabs and the spray as opposed to the injections but others may be able to tell you how well it works.
