The Imitrex tip on the left works well for me. Try it. I also buy Imitrex all year long even though my CH's are cylic. I stock up knowing that they will be back. Knowing that they will also end gets me through the cycle. Last cycle I used Depakote and Amerge. The Amerge kept me HA free for a 6 hr period. This allowed me to schedule HA's to a more convient time. You can only take 2 a day so you do have to have some HA, but they can be scheduled for off work times.
