I am trying Zomig right now, along with 100% oxygen therapy. The Zomig seems to be effective about with about 75-80% of attacks, but takes about 15-20 minutes to act... but it then seems to provide an attack-free period of 10 to 12 hours. About 1 in 5 times, it doesn't seem to work, but usually still provides an attack-free period of some hours. I had tried Imitrex very briefly in another bout of attacks, but found it made me nauseous.
