The only answer I can give you vis a vis severity is that my neurologist said they would get worse as I got older. Being a girl type person he said they might become chronic after menopause. Not much help for you Don. But then I am a girl and not supposed to even get CH. I would trade everything for a little old Migraine! Not very encouraging but the good part is that the medications seem to have improved.
