I too (52 years old and a CH'er for 40 years) had been pain free for almost 3 years. Could even drink gallons of alcohol, even beer, and no pain. Then 4 weeks ago they came back with a vengence. Chronic, 24 hours a day the pressure is there, but Endomethacin is keeping it under control almost completely now for me for almost 3 weeks. And I found that Maxalt will stop a level 10 for me. Hope the bastards go away soon and leave for another 3 years so I can have my life back.
