o.4% is very low when talking about the male population at least. The current figures of all sufferers range from 0.1% to almost 1.0% (depending upon which study you are reading at the given time). And even the 0.1% figure is begining to be seen as outdated. Now, knowing that this little thing we all have is predominantly affecting males, it would be hard to see how the general population of us could be 0.4% or higher and still have the male population at only 0.4%.
