I have had menengitis three times in my life but I have been blessed and have no effects except some memory loss. I had menengicocal and neumecocal, not sure of spelling. They believe mine came from a crainal fluid leak which they wanted to go in and fix by cutting the top of my head of like a pumkin but I said no. It has been about seventeen years since the last time. You are the first person I have talked to except ones I met in the hospital in Chapel Hill when they sent me there. I hope that you will get better but we all that have had it and are here to tell about it are truly blessed. Hope to hear from you. I am using my daughters computer but hope to have mine hooked up soon.
