Alcoholic beverages
Milk & milk products
Cigarettes
Perfumes
Chemical odors
Insecticides

Fertilizers
Weather fronts

Help aleviate CH

Caffeine (coffee, coke)
Darkness
Pressure on base of skull (rest base of skull on
glass bottle while flat on your back)
Vigorous exercise (push-ups followed by sit-ups a few times...till you almost can't lift a feather)
Cycle Hyperventilation followed by hypoventilation
Do not rub eye, temple, nostril, sinus, etc
1 actifed + 4 Advils (200 mg ea) every 4 hrs
Eat less fatty foods
Eat less spicy foods
Relax
Improve mood and attitude
Distract mind with positive/fun experiences (results are not
inmediate, but keep at it)
Sleep regularity (use Melatonin if needed to get back into
regular sleeping schedule)
Take daily 1 capsule of feverfew, 1 caplet of B-150 complex (for the rivoflavin content) and 3 to 5 Magnesium tablets
