Glad to hear that the verapamil is working! I chatted with you the first nite on the live chat about 3 wks ago and you were just going to start taking it then, I have been on it for 4 years and I can't say that it keeps them away altogether but it definately gives me a reprieve (this last one was 2 years).
There are things out there that help unfortunately the same things don't work for everyone as we are all well aware.
Just read your message and wanted to say good for you with the meds. I remember thinking then that there had to be something to work for you after having them for such an interminable length of time with no relief.
Hope they keep getting better til they go away.
