I myself never suffer from it, but I have seen a number of postings on this message board about vision blurring before attacks start in.
Check out the medical info under the buttons on the left. If your brother's complaint matches, than print it all out and take it along to the doctor and the ER, and demand action.
I think your brother is very lucky to have a sis like you, btw. We clusterheads know how important the support from our nearest & dearest can be.
