I definitely agree with Bob, a MAJOR 10 if I even take a swallow or two of cold, delicious beer. I actually believe alcohol helped bring on my current cycle, as I have suspected in the past. The HAs are coming anyway about this time of the year for me, and it also happens I drink cold, delicious...ah,ah,...beer in the summer, mostly on the weekends. Two weeks ago, after a full Sat of beers, my first CH this year early Sun morning. I've been dragging the plow since, and you can better believe they'll be long gone before I pop another top.
