How much B2 do you take. I started taking it yesterday and am taking about 1000mg/day. I can't remember what the NHF said about dosage and can't find the publication.
Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but I slept last night and so far today, no headache!
Please let me know how much B2 you're taking.
