White wines contain more sulfites than red wine.
Sulfites are known to be vasoactive. Many people
report problems only when drinking white wine, more so than
when drinking red wine. Now, do you experience CH
when eating salads and fruits that have been "preserved" with
sulfites? Restaurants and some grocery stores that
offer ready-made salads do this to prevent discoloration of
the fruits and vegetables when they are exposed to
air for a few hours.
