How many of you are sugar/chocoholics?
Anyone ever notice skin rashes, athlete's foot, indigestion, itchiness, etc., just before a cycle starts? These are all symptoms of an overgrowth of Candida, folks.
I think Michel's theory earlier this year made a lot of good points.
