Here is the acid test. If you don't remember, and she doesn't remember, It is 99.99999% sure your husband never had these headaches around you, which is also 99.99999% impossible as most people
have these headaches soon after they go to sleep or in the middle of the night. The moaning, crying and headbanging would wake up anyone in the same room. And you would never forget someone going through the pain of a cluster headache and not being able to do anything about it. That being said, there is nothing wrong claiming that you don't remember, as your daughter say's. That may be the gracefull way out. P.S. Your husband could have developed this condition latter (after you split up) and is trying to conform to some stupid social security requirment of length of time affected by the disorder. If this is true it would be a humanitarian decision on how to answer the questions. Good Luck
