For about 12 years I have gotten a severe pain in my left temple. It seems to happen between Jan and Feb each year. Once in a great while it will skip a year. This year it comes around 12-12:30 am and lasts one hour, they usually happen once a day or every other day for four weeks. I've never tried treatment because I feel great 11 months a year. This year my wife made me see a family practise doctor since she is the one who sits up for an hour with me in the middle of the night. Any ways the doctor doesn' specialize in headaches but seems to think I have clusters. Everone else seems to get them on the right side but I am also left handed. Do you hink that this is what it is?
