My great grandmother had migraines, my grandmother had them, my mother has them and I have them as well, along with the "episodic" clusters. (only I have the cluster headaches) I feel like crushing my skull when I'm experiencing both of them at the same time! My neuro has told me that he is not aware of clusters being hereditary.
