My HA have been episodic for 30 years. The length of the cluster has changed over the years, going from 4 weeks up to 10 weeks. The remmission time has also changed from 1 year to 2 1/2 years. I guess only time will tell if you've gone chronic. For your sake I pray not. My heart really goes out to the chronic sufferers. I can't imagine living with this pain as a constant way of life. Knowing that they will stop eventually is the only thing that keeps me going.
