I have the good fortune to be living in Cabarete, on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. I've been here twelve years now.
Cabarete is widely considered to be one of the top five windsurfing destinations in the world. At this time of year we have twenty knots for week after week without letup. Any time you want to drop by and bash some waves or get some major air, drop me an e-mail.
Glad to hear the windsurfing has made a difference. I've always said it's good for what ails you, but, as you may have guessed already, I am somewhat biased.
