I'd keep clear of booze, weed and fags - but only during the cluster. Outside of the cluster the are fine.
If she does acid then she should try some since it helps them.
I know that sounds scary but it's true.
Oh and don't over or under sleep, get 7 hours a night and always at the same time. Eat regular meals.
