Many doctors don't realize that you need higher doses then is usually prescribed. I haven't had any luck with Verapamil until I got it to 480 mg a day. There are some here that are taking it at twice that. The 480 mg I take still isn't as high as I need it to be, but it has been helping to a certain degree. So if you were on 120 or 240 mgs, maybe you should try it again with a higher dose.
