Capzacin HP creme has been a godsend for me in the past few weeks. Just a little (and I do mean little) dab, up your nose, on the septal wall on whichever side you have your headache. Be warned, it burns, but it has helped me many times in the month I have been using it. Need more details just e-mail me and good luck.
