I'm with the Ted... the higher the pain, the less mobile I am. If it's really bad I'm reduced to crouching on hands and knees on my bed and rocking back and forth while jamming a pillow into my eye.
Like everything else about this fascinating, infuriating disease, the pacing is not universal.
