I say out with the old "Cluster" nomenclature and in with "Hypothalamic-Vasomotor Regulatory Dysfunction". I do have to admit that I never even knew we have a vasomotor. Learn something new every day! It also sounds like those that are "Chronic Hypothalamic-Vasomotor Regulatory Dysfunctionics" and would like to become just plain "Episodic H-VRDics" all you have to do is develope sleep apnea.
