Yes, it can do that. I used to have a cycle once a year for about 5 or 6 weeks in the summertime. The past two years, I started getting them every three months. However, since November of 1999, I've been getting them several weeks on, several off, with shadowing in between. I hate to say I'm turning chronic, so I won't, but my cycles are no more, and the CH just come when they're ready to.

The only way to live with it, is to get on with the business of living after the attacks have abated. Sitting in wait for clusters only made me more fearful, so I just deal with them as they come.
