Ever thought you might not get what you want?
You can demand more money for research, but you cannot possibly demand a cure.
Also: the nature of CH pain is such that it does hardly react to known pain killers, short of hypo'ing the sufferer unconscious for a few hours.
You can, again, demand people think about better pain treatment, but you can not demand a result.
