My current cycle started in early September 1999 and is still going. I had a week's break in early January, and 2.5 weeks break about a week and a half ago. But I have to say that the cycle isn't as bad as it was. Whilst Im getting migraines now, I can deal with them and the CH attacks are only reaching 4-6 now with only 2-4 attacks a day.
So there IS hope.....just hang in there.
