Sensitivity to light and sounds differentiate migraines from Clusters. Migraines are very painful and nauseating and I pray that your poor little girl is not suffering from those. But I just wanted to let you know that if there is a sensitivity to light and noise that you should explore medication for migraines rather than clusters. I hoe this helps.
