Semi-perfect means a small "All dressed up and nowhere
to go" attemp of CH this a.m. Took "the dose"...15 minutes
later everything was alright. No windsurfing yesterday :(
However, this afternoon I wrapped it up quickly and went to the
lake. What a glorious afternoon...no phone...no pager..
no nothing, just wind and water. Definetely, an uplifting
experience. I think that this mood inprovement therapy
is doing fantastic for me. Hell! I used to take between 16
and 24 Advils and 4 to 6 Actifeds per day and still have a
constant shadow that lasted days at a time. Now, the occasional
4 Advils and 1 Actifed once a day do the trick. They also seem to act quicker too.
A definite improvement over the HA's prior to this mood-improving therapy
when nothing helped!

The wind was blowing today. Inland it is a bit trickier because the
wind varies in direction so much, lots of whirling and gusts.
It was nice to get out and do 4 hours of hanging from the boom
like a monkey. My forearms feel like they are made of lead.
My shoulders are two bricks, and my hands are so tight that I
can't fully extend my fingers...but it feels so good
compared to CH. Now, if can manage to get the
board planing I would happier than a que*r with pin wurms.
