you say you posted here before, so you must have read about oxygen. Just in case you didn't: check it out under the buttons on the left. It has helped a lot of people.
About clusters driving you two apart - I guess you don't feel happy unless you have everything in your household under control, hmmm? I know how you feel. I do it myself.
But CH does not let itself be controlled so easily. If you feel frustrated and powerless, how do you think he feels? I mean totally apart from the pain. He is powerless, and it creates a distance between you two as well.
In my case I am the CH sufferer, but my husband has other complaints, and I have stood there as you do now, frustrated, mad at officials and insurers - and no earthly help to him in that condition.
I don't know.. If you could accept that you can do nothing for him but BE there, you may feel better, and so may he.
Just off the top of my head, this, but do give it a try.
And: courage with those stupid insurers.
