You can help OUCH by giving a few minutes of your time.
The link posted here takes you to a press release which I am sending to some of the national media. They are bad about ignoring such things.
Local media, on the other hand, are often looking for material, and we have something newsworthy to offer.
Please copy and paste this press release into an email to local TV and radio stations and your local newspaper if you can find their email addresses.
Please send it to county medical societies and local institutions and organizations you think might be receptive. Just check your yellow pages for ideas.
If you have access to a fax, that is even better because fax numbers are easier to find. Too, a fax is quick and not as easily ignored.
Or if you prefer, print out the release and send it by snail.
If you have in mind a likely target for your mail send an OUCH brochure in addition. If expense is a problem, let me know, and I will reimburse you.
This campaign can help all of us gain the recognition we as sufferers of the worst pain known to humans need and deserve. Thank you.
