I have migraine headaches as well as cluster headaches. I also have a chronic sinus infection. While in the middle of "cluster headaches" my other headaches also start occuring. So, although I don't experience any nausea with my cluster headaches, when they occur, my migraine headaches also go out of control so I do experience nausea. Also.........sinus headaches can also make you extremely nauseated if they become severe enough. I'm glad you experince some relief with the Imitrex. It doesn't work well for me and I have never had the side-effects you mention..........but maybe that is why they don't work. =) Good luck. I hope you experience some relief. Cindi
