My CH cycle finished a few days ago. Am enjoying full nights sleep which I have missed for the last five weeks.
I found the combination of steroids and verapamil worked wonders.
Still getting a few shadows but nothing serious.
The relief I feel at their ending is incredible. Feel I have my life back. I can go to sleep without fear and enjoy doing things during the day either at work or with my children.
I am sure that everyone on here understands how I feel.
Thanks for everyone's support on here, especially for the advice about upping the verapamil doses. That did work.
I will be back on here in a couple of years (or hopefully more, no doubt)

Maybe in a couple of years there will be a cure! Now wouldn't that be wonderful.
