a question, an observation, a caution, and a speculation ...

question: anybody know what foods contain B2?

observation: as i have posted, i've been VERY successful (4 of 5) aborting my CHs by rolling shoulders and head, using a vibrator on the back of my neck, and subsequest loosening of muscles from the base of my skull to the point between my shoulderblades.

caution: i have also CAUSED CHs by too much of this type of manipulation. both the abortion successes and the initiation of the CH paroxysms thru exercising of the upper spine/neck convince me that this is key.

speculation: it occurs to me that after 60 to 90 minutes of lying down a "stiffening" of the back is not uncommon (in fact may be normal - resulting in the "morning stretch") and might contribute to our problem??

there's more than 1 thing at work here ... but i believe one of them is in the spine/neck area ...
