Bon, I'm sorry about your heart attack. I'm a 41 year old male and have been having clusters for 21 years also. I'm very fit but have not been able to work out for the past two months without getting a cluster. This year, I have been having the worst bout of CH's in the past 21 years, sometimes twice a day and pain ranging anywhere from a 3 to a 10. Running, biking or any physical exercise brings them on for me.
