I've been taking Zoloft 100mg/day for stress the past year. I have also had CH for years. I have not noticed Zoloft making them any better.
I am now taking a combination 360mg Verapamil, and 500mg Depakote which seems to work.
Depakote was originally for seizures, but is also eggective for CH.
