In 1986, 10 months after the birth of my fourth child, I developed Graves diseases or toxic goiter. My body was running overtime, and I also lost a lot of weight, had high BP, was very shaky, etc. I took the radioactive iodine, and within the year my thyroid was normalized.
Within months of my Graves disease, I developed cluster headaches, and several years later Sjogren's syndrome. I definitely think there is a link between the Graves and the cluster headaches.
However, given that, there are some of us with these common grounds, but what about all the others on the board who have never suffered thyroid problems????
