I have the HA's on my left side and also have heaviness and ringing in that ear. I had and ENG and had increased reaction in my left ear to the nausea and dizziness. I have been diagnosed with migraines, but, I think they may be cluster HA's. I have nausea & dizziness most ot the time and several HA attacks daily lasting 3-5 hours. This seemed to have just "appeared" out ot nowhere about 5 weeks ago. I do not have hearing loss at this time. I have neck pain and left eye pain also. At first the Dr. thought that I may have a mastoid infection. But, the CT scan showed inflamation in the left mastoid area that they think may have been from an old infection. I have been complaining of my ears ringing and feeling pressure for several months now. Actually, way before the headaches started. My Dr. always found my ears to be "normal". I can only offer you the knowledge that you are not alone. I sincerely hope we both find a proper diagnosis and/or information. It seems to me that the Dr.s do not have a clear picture or definition of Cluster HA's.
