A small number of people have reported CH attacks switching sides at various times. There does not seem to be any particular pattern that I have read about here.
The medical literature mentions this phenomenon but does not appear to attach any significance to it.
But I find it most intriguing. First, why is only one side hit at a time (as a rule); second, why would one side seem to be more vulnerable than the other, and third, does the side of attacks have any correlation to length or intensity of pain? Just wondering.
