I just had my CH switch sides mid-cycle. I could actually almost feel it moving across to the other side and now WHAM! Behind my eye is tight and the HA is beginning. I hate to have to take my meds during the day (because they make me "stupid") but I don't think I will be able to manage it right now without. My HA are usually on my right side, now my left. I can feel my neck and and top of shoulders tense up and my head is starting to feel like it is closing up with pressure, almost like someone is squeezing as hard as they can on my temple. I am trying the water and it does not seem to help. My boss is trying to be understanding because he can see it in my face that it hurts but how much can one understand that only gets headaches that can be cured with tylenol.
