If the authorities listen to you, then my gp will be stopped from playing God with people like me. Even if it's too late to help me, at least it will stop him treating others the same way. I think it's about time the british medical system was brought down a peg or two and made to see they are NOT gods. I think it will be a smart move when the GMC is no longer it's own judge and jury and 'outsiders' (they may even be patients) are allowed to make up at least half the council. Only then will we see the 'birds of a feather stick together' system start to disappear.
I don't mean to sound bitter, but I do feel very strongly that these people are playing God with our lives.....and worse....they're getting away with murder (literally in some cases).
