I usually tell the ones, the few that might be brave enough to say anything, that ask that it's none of their business and besides I know more about smoking than anyone else because I've been doing it for 30 years.
There is also one big difference with smoking and drinking and driving. Smoking is legal, for now anyway.
Smoking is a little like cluster headaches as far as misinformation is concerned.
