I am sorry to hear that they are back. My Dr. did some checking into a pain clinic in my state with a colleague. His friend told him to put me on a combination of Niproxin (strong anti inflamitory) and a newer drug called Amerge. I started taking it two days ago and am back on my feet! I feel pretty good outside of fatigue, which could be associated with my body rebounding or the meds. I'd take the fatigue anytime over the damn Clusters, which I was having every night.
Outside of the Amerge being terribly expensive
(a total of $213.00 for 14 tabs at one per day) it seems to be working. If I can go the weekend without any pain or relapses of the Clusters, I will post a nice note with a recommendation on Monday to my fellow Cluster sufferers.
If you have good insurance, get a small ammount or even better yet, have your Doc give you a sample or two of Amerage with some Niproxin. It is the combination that is said to be the key.
