I was diagnosed with CH at age 23. My headaches would last for about 6 weeks and came once a year. I stopped smoking before having my children and the headaches stopped for five years. I took up smoking again and the headaches started 4 months later. I quit smoking again and I have been headaches free for 3 years now. I hope it lasts. I also try to go to bed at 9:30 and get up at 6:00 (even on weekends). I found that this helped. Has anyone else been headache free after quiting the cigarettes?
