Please keep in mind that the side effects listed are possibilities--not something that everyone will experience. The Feds require listing this information but, too often, the sources don't give the percentages of occurrence--which are often quite low.

You might talk to your doc about trying magnesium, 600mg/day and vitamin B2, 400mg/day as prevention. Magnesium is getting good press in the European medical literature. Both are benign even though it will take some weeks before you know whether they help you.

I have been on this combination about 18-months now without a cluster!
