How about "Hypothalamic-Vasomotor Regulatory Dysfunction". You could call yourself "Chronic Hypothalamic-Vasomotor Regulatory Dysfunctionic" or "Episodic H-VRDic".
Try to get that in the little tiny box on the insurance form
