I was interested in your comment about the arrythmia and taking Imitrex. I have one also but use Imitrex nasal spray. My heart does pound like a very large drum but my doctors dont' seem concerned about it. I'm taking large doses of Verapamil for the cluster but that's also what I take for the arrythmia. Of course there are different types of arrythmia also.
When I started with the clusters 18 years ago I also used heat. I stuck a hair dryer to my head one time and it felt good while my skin was burning. I changed over to cold about 10 years ago. Rags dipped in the coldest water I can have. I chang them often to keep the cold going. Just a thought. Good luck to you and hug you daughter for me.
