My verapimil is 240 mg each.
In the last year my doctors have up
to 1200 mg. I felt like a sombie!!!
I have lowered it to 480 mg
taking a half a pill four times a day.

I don't know like I said if its the change,
or the fact I take it at the same time of day
as I took the high dose. I know know what the reason is but as long as its working I am staying at this dose.

I think before a person gives up on a drug they can expermint with the doses, most people go up tho. Why not go down!

Chronics have a problem of after prolonged use of a drug sometime it stops working and they start uping what ever they are taking, or they change medication. I posted thinking maybe before someone stoped or changed all together to think of lowering the dose first. I was coming off verapimil it was just a accident that I found the right dose because lowering it never enter my mind.
