Biofeedback won't relief the acute pain of CH; it's not a treatment for an attack.

The benefit is to help reduce the tension, anxiety, and depression which is often part of the CH life. In effect, it involves training the mind and body to a reduced level of tension/anxiety which can increase a sense of control and coping capacity.

But it's not a magic bullet: better regarded as a form of support.
