there is plenty of help to be found here
don't be afraid to ask or say anything
i am getting hit with major attacks now and starting meds i never took before
because of the people here, i am not afraid to wimp out and take verapamil
i hope it works for me and i hope we can find something that will work for you
my pain moves from spot to spot too
i have learned to be able to move it sometimes when i get tired of it being in one area or another
